We were given a quote, and i will admit, i did not give them everything that was in the storage unit, BUT they charged us triple the quote they gave us, which i felt was a little excessive. We went ahead with the move because everything was in place to receive our belongings. I would suggest that if you hire them, make sure they come to your home/storage and see for themselves what they are moving so that you don't pay more at the final destination. Also, for a professional moving company they picked up my belongings from a 10x20 storage unit with a van and a large hitch. I have never ever in all my moves had a moving company not use a REAL moving truck especially for an interstate move (going on a highway)
