We used Best US Moving for a move from Hoboken to a townhouse in central New Jersey. Our apartment building required an elevator reservation, and parking near the entrance was limited. The crew called before arriving and was polite with the building staff. Loading took longer than I imagined because of the distance between the elevator and the truck, but the furniture was handled carefully. At the townhouse, we walked through the rooms before unloading. That helped most things end up where they belonged. We still had a few boxes to rearrange afterward, but nothing significant.
Response from the owner:Thank you for the detailed feedback! We’re glad our crew communicated before arrival, worked respectfully with your building staff, and handled your furniture carefully despite the longer walk between the elevator and the truck.
We’re also happy the walkthrough at your new townhouse helped make unloading more organized and placed most items where they belonged. Thank you for choosing Best US Moving for your move from Hoboken to central New Jersey. We truly appreciate your business!
